The air quality was not satisfactory. The room had a stuffy smell. Management did not take care of details. I saw rusty caulking in the bathroom and shower stall. I felt that the carpet and curtains were dusty. I witnessed that a restaurant staff dropped a spoon or a fork on the floor (during breakfast hours) while stocking up and he just picked up the spoon from the floor and put it on the tray ready to be used by customers. The variety of food served has not changed from the past three years ( I have stayed in this hotel once a year for the past three years). Management of the restaurant seems to be slacking.

The hotel had all the nice amenities, the staff was great, breakfast buffet was extensive and it was a quick walk to the waterfront for dining and for talking a beatify run around the harbor walkway
