Felt unconfortable with a two night stay as staff entered my room to remake the bed and leave behind extra towls wile i was gone and my belongings layed around the room and children were let into pool are after there allowed time night time staff seemed unpleasent

The staff was excellent! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The floors in our room were not vacuumed or swept/mopped after the previous people but it wasn't disgusting. Also the carpets made our feet dirty so bring slippers. The rest of the room was clean. The beds were nice and clean. The sink and tub and shower curtain were also very clean. Wit so many people going in and out, I dont know what they could do about the dirty carpets. The pool area was kept up and we felt comfortable swimming there. The kids had so much fun. The towels are down there so you dont have to take your room towels. Cracker Barrel is right next door so you are just a walk away from a good dinner.

The room was distgusting, as soon as you walked in - it smelled horrible. There was food caked on the head boards, tooth paste all over the mirror and walls. There was dirty underwear on the ground at the front desk, and the front desk guy passed it idk how many times before he picked them up. It smelled like rotten milk as soon as you walked in the front door. The fridge was filthy with an odor. The microwave maybe hasnt been cleaned in YEARS & smelled like blown up hot dogs. There was only 2 great staff members, and I only caught the name of one. Yolanda was in the breakfast area in the morning and was helpful to everyone! She had a smile, and saying 'Good Morning' to everyone. She was helpful, and quick to replace food that went out. Other then her, the front desk maintence guy in the morning was extremely nice as well. Outside of them 2, the place was distgusting and terrible! Absolutely NEVER again!
