The staff is excellent and professional. The hotel is close to the station and near a convenience store as well as two rather large shopping centers within easy walking distance. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much!

Very noisy property. The walls are paper thin. Between the hallway doors slamming, your neighbors in their bathrooms, people upstairs.... you cannot get a good rest.

Good hotel.

Nice hotel with good transport links to Tokyo and Yokohama. Staff were great and really helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

古淵駅近でとても便利

フロントの対応はいつも丁寧です。 客室内も清掃が行き届いています ベッドもとても良いです。 バスルームは少し経年劣化を感じましたが あまり気になりませんでした。 朝食は、オカズ類はプレートに乗せてテーブルまで運んできてくれます。 ご飯 味噌汁 納豆 梅干 海苔等…etcは自分で好きなだけよそえます。 ヨーグルトやフルーツの小皿もあり、特にカレーが手作り感のあるもので良かったです。オカズも手作りぽくて どれも美味しかったです。

便利で居心地良し

ロビー、客室ともに清潔で、居心地が良かったです。 以前泊ったことのあるアパホテルは客室が狭く感じましたが、こちらは空間に余裕がありました。 アメニティの歯ブラシやカミソリも使い心地の良い物を準備していてくれていました。 ビジネスホテルでは、安かろう悪かろうなアメニティの場合が多いように感じていたので、けっこう嬉しかったです。 出張で使いましたが、駅やコンビニから近くて便利です。 追加の支払いなどがなければ、チェックアウトはカードキーを専用のボックスに入れるだけなので、忙しい朝にフロントで並ぶことがなくて助かります。 強いて改善してほしいところを挙げるとすれば、電子レンジの開閉部が開けづらいことくらいでした。
