This is a VERY clean, airy and beautiful 3-bedroom home, with one full bath - plus an invigorating outdoor hot & cold shower - a large eat-in kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, a washer, dryer and relaxing reading area in basement, private off-street parking and outdoor patio, located on a quiet, tree-lined street in a VERY lovely, safe neighborhood. You are only a 3-minute drive to our beautiful Foster Memorial Long Beach or a 5-minute drive into Sag Harbor for fine dining, the summer outdoor concerts, the Bay Street Theatre, the Whaling Museum, boating or just taking in the gorgeous water views. And since you are now in the heart of the Hamptons, it is only a short drive to the wineries, golf courses, hiking or biking trails, the restaurants of Southampton and East Hampton, the award-winning ocean beaches, even Montauk Point.
Many Summer activities, such as the wonderful Hamptons Classic Horse Show, the Native-American Indian Pow-wow, and the professional Polo matches, all take place in August and are only minutes away by car. There are so many things to do and see, you'll need a month to enjoy all the area has to offer.
