Charming 1000sf (93m) renovated shingled three bedroom/one bathroom cottage with central air-conditioning and expansive beautifully landscaped yard with 40 X 16 heated gunite salt water pool with tall perimeter privet hedges providing privacy. Wonderfully sunny during the day with gorgeous golden sunsets. Rear planted dining garden area shaded by Crepe Myrtles for afternoon lunches and evening grilling. Three minutes to Sag Harbor Main Street by car/bike and 12 minutes by foot down historical and sidewalk-lined Madison Street.
The house is located on a beautiful tree-lined street in Sag Harbor Village within minutes of an array of restaurants, shops and beaches. Small gym in basement.

Great Place
Our family loved our week-long stay at this beautiful home. The house is a perfect combination of “home-y” touches that make it extremely comfortable (super soft sheets and throw blankets, etc) yet well-curated so as not to feel cramped or overdone. The back yard is amazing - with a ton of room for our little ones to run around, a large sized pool and a quaint sitting area with vintage lights strung above for bbqs outside. Chris (the owner) was also a pleasure to interact with - extremely accommodating and helpful with local suggestions! This rental is a true gem - you will not be disappointed!
