Cozy 3-Bedroom Cape House With Views Of Havens Beach

Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom Cape-style home! Located just steps from Havens Beach and less than half a mile from Sag Harbor Village's Main Street, you'll have easy access to wonderful restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Downstairs: Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed.
• Upstairs: A spacious open room with a king-size bed and its own cozy sitting area.

This home has been in our family for four generations, offering a retreat of simple living.

Important Information:
• If you book during the first week of August, please be aware of the annual carnival held in the field directly behind our home.

Adorable, spotless and convenient

The home was spotless to the point we felt that it had never been slept in before. Location was perfect to walk the village and the beach. Ideal spot to stay and plenty of space with the 3bd. Will definitely rent again.

This was a great cottage overlooking Havens Beach. 3 Bedrooms and 1 bath - very cute. Everything inside was perfectly clean and maintained. We would definitely rent again.

Amazing home in a beautiful location

My husband and I stayed at the Havens Beach house for our mini-honeymoon. The house is lovely, clean and well appointed. The house is located a 3-5 minute walk to the beach and about 7-10 mins from downtown shops. We hope to be back soon!
