The 3 star staff review only applies to our check in. The gentleman was friendly enough and checked us in quickly, but there were a few key things he did not cover. Parking - he didn't explain that we had to go to the front desk to get our parking ticket validated. We had to go back to the front desk to ask about the process. WiFi - no instructions were given for Wi-Fi access, though I heard every other front desk agent provide instructions to their customers. Breakfast - I paid extra for breakfast but didn't realize I wasn't given a voucher at the time of check-in. We had to go back to the front desk, where the agent confirmed that we did in fact pay for breakfast and proceeded to give us a breakfast voucher. Please make sure the front desk stay is trained.
