Decorated in a calming water and wood theme with queen size bed. Not far from historic Folsom. 450 square feet. Private guest house. Located on the second floor with one set of stairs.

Nature bliss
The property was exactly what I was looking for. I’m so glad that there wasn’t any noisy house construction from the house being built next-door, I mostly just sat on the deck and enjoyed a cup of coffee or tea and watched the wildlife and took a very pleasant hike straight off the property around the lake. I would definitely love to stay there again

Perfect in every way
We continue to come back to this beautiful place with a view of the lake. It is located very near family we are visiting and we are so happy to have discovered it. The view is spectacular. But the space inside is also so lovely. Wendy and Richard have thought of everything you could need. They are wonderful hosts. Every time we come back we feel like we are returning to a little bit of paradise away from home!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and clean abode. With a stunning lake view and all the amenities we needed, we wished we could have stayed longer. And Richard and Wendy were fabulous hosts who replied promptly to my questions and even stopped in to check on us and make sure we were enjoying our visit.
