We had a room on the far end of the resort , literally worth a cab ride to the lobby, restaurants and bars. We requested a room closer to the action and the management was extremely nice! They gave us a room just one building over from the lobby. Great customer service!! The food, and the wait staff in every restaurant or bar that we attended were always extremely cordial.

Room with a view! The room face the ocean. Hearing the waves from your room at night is very soothing. A la carte restaurants are wonderful. My kids loved Margot Club, Red Parrot, and Pure Lime. My niece ate the freshly made pizza from the bar everyday. The staff is constantly cleaning around the property. The tennis court needed more cleaning and care though.

The check in experience was horrible. It took 2 hours to check in. We are a family of 5 and the kids were so hungry. The room is old and our dated. It has a weird smell and the tub wont drain.

The staff was helpful but the rooms were ok. There was a sewage smell around our room. My daughter enjoyed the beach volleyball but it was not set by the resort but the locals. It would have been great if the resort had it for all rhe days we were there

Stay was good. However I was very upset when they said your reservation is not confirmed. From Expedia my booking was confirmed. Front desk was not helpful at all.

We had 2 pool waitresses that were absolutely amazing. When we first got to the resort I complained about my room. The management at front desk couldn’t care less and gave me an absolute attitude when I asked to change rooms. We were able to change rooms 2 days into our trip so that was fine. The resort always smelt like sewer. The pool deck was very slippery always, one person in our party slip and fell and fell. We were there for 10 days and saw 4 others also slip and fall. I did not like that the concierge couldn’t help with making dinner reservations. We tried on the app and as a party of 6 was not easy to get a reservation to restaurants.

Painfully slow check in. Three employees were attending one traveller while few other customers were waiting in line. We didn’t get what we booked, instead of a king bed room we got a double queen. They proposed us to move twice to get the king bed room. The receptionist was convinced that she gave us a king room until we showed her the pictures

Property is good. Restaurants are amazing and food is delicious even for vegetarians. Food amenities and activities. However few things need to be improved - bathroom in the rooms, increase golf carts for transport and staff can be a bit more friendly.

The every thing was so good including the serving staff except the check in & checkout counter staff needs to be trained on their skills and professionalism for hospitality industry. It feels like that they are not happy to be there at the counter.
