It is expensive, but very beautiful and has a great location. We walked to everything. Lots to do and also just relax.

The property is beautiful and clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. The Hyatt is located in walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping. The beach has calm waters and soft sand. The only downside was the daily purchase of umbrellas and huts.

Beautiful grounds, terrific staff. Certainly better beaches in Aruba than the one at the Hyatt, but the location and facilities make it a standout

The rooms were a little lack luster but it was clean. The beds were comfortable. I feel it was a little expensive for the room but we were happy staying there and would again.

Great location and great facilities. The staff is very nice, The only negative at the pool and beach areas, it didn’t seem like enough staff around to service quickly enough…. This won’t stop us from coming back though!

Beautiful beach! That's about it. Lost our first night due to weather/travel delay (and they refused to refund any). Main restaurant closed for renovations/upgrades during our stay and then couple other places at property closed our last day -- apparently to get ready for some big closed conference or the like. Also, a rude dealer at the blackjack table -- when all I was doing was losing money, LOL. I would travel to Aruba again, but would not stay here.
