Rustic Finca in Mallorca Can Colis with pool

Can Colis is a fabulous well-maintained estate with a large private pool, located in the north of Mallorca, just a few kilometers from one of the island's most beautiful beaches, the kilometers-long white sand beach of Puerto de Alcudia.



The exterior of the property has a lot of charm and many possibilities for relaxation thanks to its spaciousness: such as eating outdoors on an extensive porch around the house with a large table with chairs, sofas to rest, a large 12m x 6m pool surrounded by 8 sun loungers to swim and sunbathe, as well as an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. The upper floor also has a large covered terrace with spectacular views of the property and the landscape.



The majestic house has two floors, built and decorated in a typical Mallorcan style with the best materials. On the ground floor are the large kitchen, dining room and living room in the same space, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, the other with two single beds. In addition, there is another separate bathroom with a bathtub. The upper floor consists of three double bedrooms with air conditioning with en-suite bathrooms with shower.



Additionally, there is a small house next to the pool with a second kitchen that provides greater convenience for enjoying barbecue and other meals closer to the pool.

They have both pool towels and bath towels for all guests.



Ultimately, this property is a true privilege, both for its incredible facilities and its good location, in a very quiet area on the outskirts of the typical small Mallorcan town of Sa Pobla, and very close to the beach. On Sundays, the largest farmers market in Mallorca takes place here, with vegetables and fruits from the region.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr guten Lage ruhig, aber zentral genug für Ausflüge. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, besonders der Garten und der Pool haben uns gut gefallen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sensationelle Finca

Wir erlebten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Hammer-Finca. Grosser Pool mit tollem Poolhaus. Absolut zu empfehlen. Einziger Makel war dass die 2 Einzelbetter nur für Kinder gut sind. Für Erwachsene zu klein. Sonst wirklich top!!!
