Diverse Probleme - Preis/Leistung nicht verhältnismäßig

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war leider nicht so angenehm, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten. Es gab mehrere Probleme, die den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben.Hier die Hauptprobleme:- Erheblicher Baulärm vom Nachbargrundstück – sogar während der Ruhezeiten. An Entspannung war nicht zu denken.- Unverschämtes Verhalten der Nachbarn, inklusive Beleidigungen. Absolut inakzeptabel!- Nicht erwähnte Ruhezeiten von 20–8 Uhr, die uns massiv eingeschränkt haben.- Dreimaliger Stromausfall, den wir selbst beheben mussten – inklusive Klettern über das Eingangstor, weil es keinen anderen Zugang zum Sicherungskasten gab.- Mangelhafte Betten: Das Bettgestell war nur Dekoration, und die Matratzen steinhart. Schlafen war eine Qual.- Lose Holzlatte am Türrahmen, die einem Mitreisenden auf den Kopf gefallen ist. Ein echtes Sicherheitsrisiko!Trotz Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer gab es keine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert!Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass wir nachträglich eine kleine Entschädigung von der Agentur erhalten haben. Dennoch hat die Unterkunft in keiner Weise unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir würden sie definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.
