All of the staff are very approachable, attentive and considerate to making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. They made my stay memorable and I will stay at the hotel again when in Sapa.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Every last one of the staff was so attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious and held 3 adults and 1 child (child was bigger than all the adults) comfortably. Breakfast was delicious. I would come back to this hotel anytime I’m back in Sapa! I cannot say enough that is good about this hotel. The owner was so helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and when we needed to book for activities or travel he found better deals for us. The room was impeccable and the staff top notch. I don’t give reviews like this very often but I mean every word.

Duy (the owner and manager) is an exceptionally attentive, hospitable, and kind person. We met his wife, who is an equally lovely person. Duy is committed to the redevelopment and expansion of his family’s hotel, which he recently came under ownership of. He has worked extensively in hospitality services in the USA, and is dead set on bringing his knowledge and enthusiasm for making visitors feel at home no matter their location. He allowed us early access into our room when we arrive quite early on the sleeper bus. After we checked out and went on a long hike in Sa Pa, we returned to get our luggage, Duy offered a hot shower and to launder our clothes before we left. The hotel is great, it’s in a great location, and Sa Pa is a lovely city. However the reason to stay in this hotel is to support someone like Duy, who represents the best of Vietnam, and has a great vision for the future.
