The first thing I must say is that DUA and SELINA are a credit to this hotel. These ladies are warm and welcoming asset to this stay. So helpful with guidance.We don't normally eat a lot where we stay, but the food was so delicious we kept coming back. This hotel is in a perfect location for the Fansipan train. A few minutes walk and DUA can assist with tickets

Fantastic Hotel

This hotel was probably the best one yet. The rooms are all clean and fresh, fantastic beds and great shower. The bar is great and the food is top class. The lady called Dua on reception and the man were fantastic, they went above and beyond and made the stay even better. Top marks. Recommended to all x

It’s a budget hotel so perhaps I’m being too tough, but there were a number of things that annoyed me. At check in you get a pretty hard sell on tours by not one but two staff. Why the room would have a large window looking into the interior hallway, was a mystery, but a great way for guests to hear the housekeepers banging, clanking, talking loudly, and constant chatter of two-way radios. At check out, they send staff to the room to check that you didn’t steel the towels, ashtrays or all anny other items that were listed with prices on a sign. Is theft so high that you have to delay every guest at checkout and leave a bad impression for those of us who don’t want your stained, greying bathmat?

I highly recommend this place. In the center of Sapa, has its own restaurant. If the owner invest in a coffee machine will be so much better for breakfast as we all want a good cup coffee before starting the day. Xuan ( Selena), front desk staff is excellent service. Our first time in Sapa, Xuan was helpful and resourceful. Would come again!

We loved our stay at Sapa Centre Hotel. We had the warmest welcome from the staff at reception. We've stayed at numerous hotels throughout Vietnam during our travels and the staff here were by far the friendliest, especially Selena who was really helpful and lovely throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is right in the centre, perfect location and has a cafe right next to reception. It felt really cozy staying there over Christmas. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great value for money.

Cold and dirty room

The staff were friendly, but main receptionist was very strong on trying to sell trips. The room was cold and heating could only be turned on while in the room and due to the big gaps arround windows, it didn't stay warm for long. The bathroom was really dirty and could really do with some maintenance.

Very conveniently located, Central area. Hotel is a bit outdated but service made up for everything, especially Huong, manager, who went out of the way to make sure our needs were met even when we didn’t ask for it. She was super alert and attentive. Thank you Huong, again and again.

The hotel locates in the center of Sapa which is very easy to walk around. You can almost walk to every restaurants or shops around without taking a taxi. The staffs were nice and there is a restaurant downstair where you can just eat there. The room looks clean at first but on the last day, i found a cockroach running around my room which was disgusting! The bathroom lights was also really dim which i don't like at all.

The we got the family room and it was so comfortable. The air conditioning worked great and the beds were soft, unlike a lot of beds we have stayed at in Vietnam! It was much needed after the home stay we stayed at the past two nights. The area is very walkable too.

This hotel is located at sapa city centre, nearby sun plaza. Easy to go everywhere. There are a lot of buggy waiting at this area. This hotel is very underated, price is cheaper than any other hotel. Service provided is also like any other 5 star hotel. They change our towels, make our room and add on some tea and coffee packets everyday. I recommend this hotel to everyone. So easy to find.
