The apartment was nice and generally comfortable. However, there was very little toilet paper provided for the entire stay. In addition, there were only two duvets for four people, which was disappointing, as you would expect one duvet per person. The duvets were also not double-sized.

We booked the 1 bedroom with kitchen and small balcony. Other reviews mentioned that check-in was difficult because there is no front desk attendant. We found that instructions provided prior to check-in, as well as those on the check-in iPad, were sufficient and we had no problem. The apartment accessed via elevator and two steps connecting adjoining hallways was clean and spacious with a fabulous bathroom (soaking tub, separate walk-in shower). The kitchen amenities were sufficient for 2 nights, but chipped bowls should be replaced, and additional mugs (only 2) would be helpful. Heat and A/C worked well. My biggest complaint is with the AI system used via WhatsApp to communicate before and during the stay. It was cumbersome and did not have complete information. No email was provided to obtain further information. The location was excellent. It is much nicer than the photos and description indicate. I would stay again.

Fancy room but noisy

It is a spacious and clean apartment. But there was no proper insulation from the windows (enkel glas), and a lot of cars drive there so it was very noisy. Also the heating/airco system was confusing and not very sustainable.

Emailed hotel about wifi and room cards as needed 2 room cards and no response. Self check in only allows you to have 1 card. Room also needed cleaning on balcony was days of cigarette butts. There needs to be some better communication on how to setup your stay.

Great location, beautiful comfortable room, helpful staff when phoned. I would definitely return. However 2 comments, although there is a kitchen in the room, the cooking amenities/utensils was limited. 1 breakfast plate, 1 cake plate and 1 tea cup plate is limited for 2 people. No cooking utensils.There is no staff on sight after 11am. Everything is self check in and out. Made the experience less personal.

A pile of dirty laundry bags was blocking the only emergency exit on the third floor. This was not properly resolved until the next morning. Unacceptable. The room itself was great. Nice bed, but the ventilation in the bathroom was so loud that taking a nice bath in the comfortable bathtub, was not so relaxing.

Prachtige kamer, uitzicht op Sint Jan. Schoon en naar ons idee best ruim. Gesjouw met bagage voor en na verblijf was wel wat lastig omdat andere hotel stukje lopen is. Misschien is een bagagekluis een goede optie. Daarnaast werkte de airco niet en bij app contact werd hier inhoudelijk ook niet op gereageerd. Verder dus een goed verblijf gehad!
