Pobyt wakacyjny z rodzina

Pobyt z dwójką dzieci 4 i 7 lat. Hotel dąży do perfekcji, ale w każdym aspekcie brakuje przysłowiowej wisienki na torcie. Bez wątpienia położenie jest rewelacyjne jeśli ktoś chce odpocząć od miasta i tłumów. Piękna kameralna piaszczysta plaża z pomostem, leżaki, kajaki, rowery wodne, czyste jezioro. Byliśmy w pełni sezonu ale naprawdę nie było odczucia tłumu i niewygody. Trochę za mało animacji dla dzieci, ale fajny plac zabaw i na widoku więc nie było obawy, że dziecko gdzie się zgubi. Korzystaliśmy tylko z bufetu śniadaniowego. Obiady kupowane na miejscu z karty, nie najtańsze i w różnej jakości. To jeden z minusów, że jednego dnia takie samo danie było pyszne, a drugiego nie do zjedzenia. Bardzo mały wybór dan dla dzieci z karty. W SPA ceny ok w porównaniu do innych hoteli o podobnym standardzie, jednak też do efektu wow trochę brakuje. Masaz średnio zadawalajacy, zabieg na ciało byłby super ale brakowało właśnie uspokajacego delikatnego masażu na koniec. Basen pełen chloru, nie mogłam dlugo przebywać, bo drapało w gardle strasznie. Po włączeniu Jacuzzi razem z córką zaczęłam się dusić kasłać i musiałam wyjść. Sauna mokra nie działała. Na 10 dni pobytu nie zachwycił mnie basen do ponownego powrotu. Ogólnie oceniam hotel na 8.5 na 10

Cena nie adekwatna do jakości

Hotel z zewnątrz ładny, wystrój ładny. Pokój dostaliśmy ciemny jak w piwnicy i pierwsze wrażenie prysło. Woda pod prysznicem śmierdzi szambem, niby takie ujęcie i dokumenty mają. Dostaliśmy dodatkowe butelki z woda do płukankę zębów..Jednak w hotelu z 4 gwizdkami takie rzeczy nie powinny mieć miejsca. Basen mały jak dla ilości gości, prawie cały czas był pełny. Woda w basenie miała tak dużo chloru, ze po wyjściu skóra była nim oblepiona. W spa wyłączają światło o 21 nie uprzedzając gości, nikt na saunę nie chodzi z zegarkiem. Trochę to nieuprzejme. Pokój ogólnie był czysty ale w jadalni leżały martwe owady na parapetach a parasole przed restauracja były aż zielone. Widać, że hotel zaczyna być zużyty, szkoda że nie dbają o takie szczegóły. Jedzie dostępne dla wszystkich takie sobie, niby duży wybór ale słabej jakości jak jajecznica, która pływała w wodzie. Za to dania z karty w restauracji bardzo dobre. Jezioro dość brudne nikt się nie kąpał. Praktycznie za wszystkie atrakcje pobierana opłata, rowerek wodny 30zl/h, bilard 20zl/h, kręgle 50zl/h, duża woda 16zl niby nie dużo ale za wszystko trzeba dodatkowo płacić. Chyba lepsze wrażenie sprawiła by wyższa cena i w niej wliczone jakieś atrakcje. Ogólnie już tam nie wrócimy ani też nikomu nie polecimy. Szkoda, że hotel na tej stronie jest tak wysoko oceniony bo komentarze, ogólnie dostępne są różne. My kierowaliśmy się tylko tymi z hotels.com i się rozczarowaliśmy. W recepcji słyszeliśmy innych gości, ktorzy nie byli zadowoleni.

Rozczarowany obniżeniem standardu

Nie była to moja pierwsza wizyta w tym hotelu. Jednak z przykrością muszę przyznać, że standard został obniżony. Pomimo małej ilości gości hotelowych, dostaliśmy pokoje położone w najdalszej części hotelu, do których dojście bez mapy może być problemem (najpierw winda, korytarze, potem schody w górę, korytarze, schody w dół). Ale to mogę jeszcze zrozumieć - może nie chcą ogrzewać innej części hotelu (chociaż **** do czegoś zobowiązują). Gorzej było rano ze śniadaniem - a raczej z jego brakiem porównując do moich wcześniejszych wizyt. Na śniadanie zeszliśmy przed godziną 8, a restauracja była jeszcze zamknięta. O godzinie 8 po wejściu do restauracji - duże rozczarowanie, ponieważ nie było bufetu, tak jak zwykle, tylko jedzenie serwowane na talerzykach (kilka plasterków wędliny, sera, sałatki, jajko) - niczym w hotelu **. Na moje pytanie co się stało z wcześniejszym - wysokim standardem, otrzymałem informacje, że jest za mało gości i nie są w stanie zapełnić całego bufetu. Podobno zmienił się również dyrektor - mam nadzieje, że to była jednorazowa wpadka, a nie nowy sposób na oszczędności. Generalnie rozczarowanie obniżonym standardem.

Pozytywna opinia z jednym malym wyjatkiem

Jedyne zastrzezenie mamy co do lazienki - bylo w niej po prostu zimno. Rozumiem, ze bylo wtedy na zewnatrz -10 jednak nie powinno stanowic problemu dla 4* hotelu, nowego, zadbanego - utrzmanie odpowiedniej temperatury. Maly kaloryfer w lazience nie dawal rady nagrzac jej, do tego stopnia, ze po prostu nie moglam wyjsc spod prysznica - odczuwalam taki chlod. Dodatkowo w pokoju jedno okno mialo rozszczelniony "wietrznik" czy jak to sie nazywa, przez co wlatywalo sporo zimna - sprawa zostala zgloszona jednak nikt nie przyszedl tego naprawic - a szkoda. Po za tym wszystko na plus. Wyjazd na dlugi weekend z chlopakiem - romantyczna oferta w spa, mily relaks w basenie, saunach czy jacuzzi. Mozliwosc wykupienia godziny bowlingu. Przepyszne drinki, jedzenie, przekaski. Wystroj hotelu na wysokim poziomie. Okolica - przepiekna, dodatkowo pogoda nam zdecydowanie dopisala - krajobraz pelen sniegu zapiera dech w piersiach. Dodatkowa mozliwosc ogniska - super atrakcja.

Wspaniały pobyt we dwoje

Wspaniałe miejsce, piękna okolica, a sam hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Wszystko było doskonałe, hotel bardzo gustownie urządzony oraz bardzo czysty. Uznanie dla szefa kuchni- każde danie dopracowane nawet w najmniejszym szczególe. Na pewno kiedyś tu wrócę:)

Mistrzostwo świata w środku pola :-)

Przecudowne miejsce. Pyszne jedzenie, przesympatyczna obsługa - Panie recepcjonistki, Pan barman, Pan masażysta, Pan kelner. Blisko do jeziora - krótki spacer przez uroczy las. Super, że wszędzie tyle ławek. Można usiąść na słońcu, potem odpocząć w cieniu. Posiedzieć na pomoście z innymi, albo zaszyć się w lesie samemu poczytać książkę. Można popływać kajakiem, rowerem wodnym, powiosłować łódką, bądź skorzystać z tej z silnikiem. Naprawdę każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Nie możemy się doczekać następnego razu.
