The room was clean and nice. It is quite and well located to local restaurants. We could not figure out the coffee machine with the type of pods available. The pool is looking nice but the garbage smell does not make it a pleasant experience

The entire staff was amazing! I’m talking motivational, hospitable, kind, accommodating, caring and just a ray of sunshine! Every one I encountered seemed to love their job and it showed! My room wasn’t “fresh” but I asked for some liquid air freshener and they brought it up very quickly. I went to eat and came back and I understood that the smells come from pet odors because there were several owners in the lobby with their pets and throughout the property. The carpets weren’t vacuumed because you could clearly see debris on them throughout the hallways even though the carpets are heavily designed. The room nor hallway phones worked. So, I gave a 4 for cleanliness because housekeeping should so better. With the cleanliness and odor. I know they can’t resolve cigarette odor but maybe be more cognizant and use air purifiers. But I gave 5 for the people. Y’all are marvelous! Also love that you’re proximity to the shopping center.

We traveled here for a one night layover with our large family. The night manager Kyle was very accommodating and helpful! He helped find rooms close to each other and went out of his way to suggest restaurants in the area that would be good for our large group. All employees were very welcoming and hospitable! I would recommend this hotel when your in the area!
