Masia with a modern style house located in the picturesque village of Rupià with a spectacular view. The property has a large plot of 1,7 hectares where we find a nice swimming pool of 4x10m, a pond of 6x20 and 2 more ponds in the whole property.
There is also a multi-court court to play padel, pickleball, volleyball, badminton, basketball, beach tennis, indoor football, etc with family or friends, and a small area to play football, without forgetting the forest area.
The property has a spacious lounge dining room with large kitchen and bar area, on the first floor there is a large TV lounge area with fireplace and an office. The sleeping area has 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two bedrooms with 2 bunk beds each, also with en-suite bathrooms.
Inside the property near the swimming pool we have a 60m2 house with high ceilings, barbecue and bathroom.
Laundry room, parking area. Capacity: 8 Adutls + 6 children. 14 people in total.
