The hotel was quiet, room was clean, good pillows and bed comfy but soft. Bathroom clean and good towels. Pool, jacuzzi and steam room clean. Breakfast fine with hot and cold available plus gluten free options. Would stay again without hesitation.

Our stay was good up to our last day where the breakfast staff where quite rude and being informed breakfast ends at 10.30. we where also informed of the written agreement along with a couple close by to us. On entering the breakfast area I was told I could sit anywhere. Anywhere was one of 3 small tables in a dark area. 2 had cutlery on them ,all the other tables had not been cleaned so my choice of table with a nice view was not happening. My wife ordered porridge and was informed at 10.10 that the breakfast area closes at 10.30 so wasn't sure if this was possible! My wife reminded the young lady it was 10.10 so 20 mins off end of breakfast. Although other tables had dirty pots and plates on them the waiters made a point of keep coming to our tables to hurry us along and remove items rather than clean the other tables. The 10.35 we where then given the lecture of leaving the breakfast area which both my wife and I and the couple near us where quite taken back by. I must add I would have been in the breakfast area sooner if the leisure club had towels instead of walking to the other side of the hotel to get them from my room as the leisure club had ran out before we went for breakfast. My wife was finishing her drink and would have been happy to have been directed to the bar area rather than rudely spoken to . The dining area had obviously been very busy but was no reason to take stresses and disarray of the dining area out on customers. It marred a nice stay.

Air con in the room was noisy, even when switched off. Unable to order room service by either QR code or phone, so had to go to reception. No pen in room to order breakfast. Just a poor customer experience generally, though food was good and staff were friendly.
