生等到Grand Villa非常棒的設計，室內，室外都很休閒感，這裡是臺灣最棒，名符其實的Resort.建築群各有特色，城堡區的Lobby是臺灣最棒的Lobby,全區讓我們拍照拍不完，我已經來住好幾次。很讚👍！

接駁車調度不佳

晚餐buffet，房間有溫泉，Spa也很齊全，救生員人很友善。比較美中不足的是接駁車雖然預約了，實際上卻客滿了要等下一班，不知道預約講一大堆要幹嘛。

酒店特別的設施

家庭旅行加上有小朋友，是一間很好的選擇，酒店內的設施合一家大小。我個人比較喜歡有一個市集在酒店內給客人選擇自己喜歡的物品。

入住時，感覺不錯唯一敗筆就是退房時服務很差，因為是入住莊園離上下行李地方算遠，結果讓我們在外面苦等冷風收收，行李車也沒來在外面吃冷風吃的10幾分鐘，最後還是自己推著行李到大門口何其可惡，下次不會來了
