Nice and quiet
The property was clean. Check in was easy. Beds were very firm and pillows were not great. Dishwasher did not work. Sliding door lock did not work. Not enough toilet paper.

Beds were horrible
We love Ruidoso and the weather. Our stay at Pinecliff Village could have been better if the mattresses were softer and the bed frame had been more secure. My brother-in-law stayed and sometime during the night had to sleep on the floor. I suggest buying new mattresses and fix the bed frame in the master bedroom. Other than that it was nice and we had everything we needed.

Very Peaceful ! Nice private patio . Barbequed Steaks .Very comfortable bed.
Would go again. Beautiful location & swimming pool on premises. Enclosed & very nice!! Staff & Everyone so accommodating!!! Thank You, Ms Summer / & Ms Carol in office with info for area!!
