Facilities and room very nice. Check in was a breeze. Front desk very responsive. Location is great... mid-town provides lots of shopping and dining options. Definately would recommend this hotel. The only dissapointment was breakfast. The food was good but service was lacking... The buffet food was not replenished when it ran out. Even ran out of easy items like yogurt.

We arrived and noticed a problem with the toilet seat being broken. It was plastic and one of the anchors had broken loose. We informed the front desk and within a couple of hours a new wooden seat was installed. Very prompt.

Room was nice enough. A little pricey but that was to be expected for the holiday. No hot water as the water heater was broken. They didn’t say anything about it so I had to sit in a cold shower. Didn’t apologize at checkout either. Just said “well it works now“.

Great property for a weekend shopping and eating on Main Street. Beautiful inside, comfy, decent breakfast offerings, deer, quiet. Our biggest issue was that we stayed here to shop and drink for New Year’s Day and they ran out of hot water in the hotel. We all had to take cold showers on January 1-2 of the new year. Not fun at all. That’s the only reason we didn’t like it and won’t stay here again.
