The holiday house Westernberg
The 2/4-person modern and luxury holiday home Westernberg is located opposite the Pension Bergblick. The house has its own entrance, parking and terrace and free WiFi internet. The house is newly built in June 2014. The division is as follows: Hall with cloakroom and separate toilet, stairs to the 1st Floor, a bright and spacious living room with modern couches and dining area, LED satellite. TV and HiFi system. Half open modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. In the living room is a door to the private terrace with mountain views and garden furniture. First floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (box spring hotel beds, can be used as a double bed and also as a single bed), wardrobe, separate spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, extra toilet and sink. We offer our holiday house guests a breakfast and bread service.

Wunderschöner Start in den Frühling
Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, das Badezimmer sehr geräumig und die Sonnenterrasse ein Traum. Vielen Dank an unsere sehr netten Gastgeber, die immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub in Ruh-polding - der Name ist das Motto :-)
Sehr erholsame Tage in einem sehr sauberen, gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus auf zwei Ebenen mit sehr guten Betten. Vor allem den oberen Balkon haben wir sehr genossen mit Blick auf die Berge. Unkomplizierte, nette Vermieter, die man jederzeit kontaktieren konnte. Alles in allem ein " gelungener" Urlaub - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft, zentral jedoch ruhig gelegen.
Schöne Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Schade war das der Carportparkplatz nicht zu dem Ferienhaus sondern zu dem Studio im Untergeschoss gehört.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Tolle zentrale Lage - das Auto hat mal Pause - sehr vieles ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Stadtbus zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

Meine Familie und ich hatten eine tolle Woche in Ruhpolding, nicht zuletzt wegen unserem schönen Ferienhaus mit Terrasse und Balkon. Sehr zentral gelegen zum hübschen und gemütlichen Ort Ruhpolding. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Ruhiger Erholungsurlaub in zentraler Lage
Wir, zwei Erwachsene und ein Teenager, haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die zentrale Lage bietet Möglichkeiten im Ort alles zu Fuß zu erledigen, ist aber auch perfekt um Tagesausflüge in der Umgebung zu unternehmen. Bei sonnigem Wetter kann man die Terrasse mit der Bergaussicht sehr gut genießen. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung wie ausgeschrieben. Die Fußbodenheizung wärmt die Räume angenehm. In der Küche War alles vorhanden. Ein Handmixer wäre für Nachtisch oder Sahne gut gewesen. In der engen Straße war der zugehörige Stellplatz Gold wert, allerdings ist das Einparken oder Wenden manchmal etwas schwierig. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung war wirklich schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Lage und schöne Wohnung
Das Haus liegt sehr schön inmitten von Ruhpolding und man hat einen fantastischen Blick durch die vielen Fenster auf die Berge. Die Terrasse ist schön groß und man kann dort gut sitzen, es gibt sowohl einen Esstisch als auch ein Sofa und Sessel. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt: in 5 Minuten ist man im Zentrum in Ruhpolding mit seinen Restaurants und Cafés, zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es auch nur 5 Minuten und wir fanden Ruhpolding insgesamt einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflugstouren im Chiemgau. Die beiden Hosts Eneke und Cor sind super nett und jederzeit ansprechbar, sie wohnen schräg über die Straße. Das Haus war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Bäder und die Küche sind in einem super Zustand. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben die Zeit sehr genossen!
