Chalet BERGSUCHT is designed to be a place where you can find peace and relax. We’re expanding our current holiday rental offerings to include a cosy chalet that sleeps up to 6 people. The chalet features a total of three separate bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms (en suite). The bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with two single beds that can be arranged either separately or as a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds. In the spacious living room, a cosy wood-burning fireplace provides comfort and warmth. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the entire holiday home beneath the tiled floors. Of course, a sauna with a large glass front is also available to our chalet guests; it is combined with one of the two bathrooms.After an active day in the Ruhpolding area, you can wind down on the sundowner terrace and balcony, which offer a unique panoramic view of the mountains. The outdoor hot tub invites you to relax.

Since I’ve often found myself in the mountains—both professionally and personally—I’ve found a permanent home in Ruhpolding, with the Bavarian Alps right on my doorstep.
Just like my guests, I enjoy life in nature and especially in my beautiful home. I see myself as a warm, humorous, and open-minded host, and I look forward to experiencing the Chiemgau region with you.

As a passionate paraglider, paragliding instructor, and tandem pilot, I’ve driven hundreds of kilometres into the Alps many times to enjoy the mountain scenery from the air and to teach aspiring pilots how to fly at flight schools.

My guests have the opportunity to experience a tandem flight with me in the Chiemgau Alps or Kaiserwinkl and discover the unique surroundings from a bird’s-eye view.
