Die neue Nichtraucher-Wohnung (75 qm) befindet sich im Obergeschoß mit Süd-Balkon und Balkonmöbel. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, die Einbaumöbel sind von Schreinerhand gefertigt.
Der Wohnraum mit Couchecke und Esstisch für mehr als 5 Personen verfügt über Flachbildschirm, Stereoanlage mit i-Phone und i-Pod-Dockingstation, Internetanschluss oder W-Lan und hat einen wischbaren Boden, ebenso wie die Küche. Unsere exklusive Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit Backofen, Ceranfeld mit 4 Kochfeldern, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Eierkocher und ausreichend Geschirr. Auf Wunsch Frühstück im Haus.
