Ce n'est pas un hôtel, mais un restaurant qui possède des chambres à l'étage. Donc à votre arrivée ce sont les serveurs du resto qui vous accueillent en plein milieu du resto. L'hôtel est éloigné de tout (compter 60€ de taxi pour aller/retour à Tirana et 26€ pour aller au centre de Durres). La wifi saute au moins 1 fois par heure. Le ménage a été fait seulement 1 fois sur toute la semaine (à notre demande sinon elle ne serait jamais passé). Le petit déjeuner c'est seulement une assiette avec une petite omelette, 3-4 bouts de concombres/tomates, 10g de fêta, et une demi saucisse. Les boissons supplémentaires ne sont pas inclus et à payer en cash. Les draps et serviettes possèdent des taches de rouille et la chambre est globalement mal entretenue et nettoyé (rideaux tombants, poussière, taches sur les miroirs et murs etc..). Les lumières et les lampadaires sont allumés toute la nuit et éclaire la chambre. Le seul point positif c'est la vue sur la mer, et le personnel plutôt sympa. Globalement ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles je dirais un 2 étoiles.
