Fantastic apartment with all the amenities. Lots of space, well equipped, best views of the beach. We spent many hours on the balcony during the quiet mornings and peaceful evenings. Excellent communication with the owner and special mention to the very patient Brigitte who despite the language barrier (we speak hardly any French!) showed us round the apartment on our arrival! Restaurants & shops a 20 minute walk to Pontaillac or 30 minutes to Royan. Supermarkets a short 5 minute drive away. It has been one of our favourite stays in France and we shall definitely return.

Séjour très agréable.

L’appartement est conforme à la description. La plage est au pied de l’immeuble. Le quartier est calme et la mer rythme nos soirées au grès des flots. Nous recommandons cette location.

Beautiful and clean appartement with “a view”

Booked the apartment for one week. The apartment is situated in one of the beautiful bays of Royan. Just cross the street (not busy) and you’re directly on the beach. Enough villages to visit but we have been here before and just wanted to relax on the beach. Couldn’t think of any cons. What we linked : - Very friendly host and easy to contact - Private parking under the apartment - Very clean large apartment/rooms - Large balcony (1 bed sofa and diner table) where we had breakfast in the morning overlooking the bay - supermarkt within few minutes drive - bakery nearby
