Je n'avais pas trop apprécié au début le voisinage, car il y avait eu une fête avec tapage nocturne. Mais après le calme est revennu pour toute la semaine. Le gîte est un peu petit et derrière une autre maison, il y a une courette - jardinet servant de terrasse privative. Je note 3 sur 5.

Tout pour un excellent sejour

Logement bien placé pour rejoindre la mer à pied, quartier calme, commerces tout proche, y compris le marché. La maison est très claire et très agréable avec sa grande veranda. Elle est très bien équipée. La propriétaire est très aimable et accueillante. Lieu de séjour idéal à Royan.
