It is located in the city center outside the pedestrian area, available for those arriving by car, free parking next to the building in a public area. The house is under video surveillance 24 hours a day.
The terraced house is located in a quiet residential area. You can get anywhere on foot in a few minutes: market, fishmonger, ATM and restaurant are 150 meters from the house, the sea 400 meters from the house, the center and bus stop 700 meters from the house, airport 30 km.
A terraced house behind which is the area where we have a barbecue. In our second house, Vila tena, there is a small house in the courtyard with a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board) and a fitness corner with equipment.
Pets are welcome, next to the entrance to the apartments there is water where you can wash your dog, and a basket with towels to dry them.
Tatjana's apartment is on the first floor, while Enzo and Nathan's is on the second, accessible via stairs. Equipped with free high-speed internet, air conditioning, marble heating plates, satellite dish, safe and key box. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, crockery, tablecloth, cloths, dishwashing liquid. The bedrooms are equipped with cotton bed linen, mattresses and pillows are memory foam, they are carefully washed and disinfected every year, pillows are changed every 3-5 years and mattresses every 8-10 years. The floors in the kitchen and bedroom are natural wood.
The bathroom is equipped with shower cabins, hairdryer, cotton towels (large, medium, small) per person. Soap. The floor is ceramic.
The terraces are covered and equipped with garden furniture and cushions.
