A nice one bedroom house with parking situated just 10 min walk from downtown Rovinj. It is perfect for 2 person but it can accommodate up to 4 on a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with necessary utilities for cooking, a living room with SAT TV and air conditioning, and a bathroom with washing machine. It has free Wi Fi covering all the rooms in the house. Also has free parking, a terrace and a small garden. The closest super market is Valalta 5-10 min walk.

Spacious Apartment w/ Backyard

The place was very roomy, especially for 2 people. It's a great location for visiting Rovinj. It's not in the center so it's very peaceful. It's only a short walk down an easy hill into the old town and the waterfront. A grocery store is a couple of blocks away, and the backyard is large and quiet. And Sasa, the property manager, is very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely pick this place again.
