This beautiful villa is located close to the sea in a quiet rural suburb of the romantic town of Rovinj. Villa Sessa, situated on a plot of more than 2000 m2, offers the perfect accommodation for up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and TV. The villa is lovingly and stylishly furnished and offers 6 seats in the dining area as well as a stereo system and a satellite TV in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook during your vacation. There is also a charcoal barbecue outside on the covered terrace and a dining table. The beautiful private pool and outdoor shower provide refreshment on warm summer days. The villa is air-conditioned and offers covered private parking.The stunning Villa Sessa is only 1 km away from the sea in Rovinj. The villa is located in a quiet environment, surrounded by beautiful green nature and farmland. The ideal place to escape the stressful city life! Once a small fishing village, today a popular vacation destination with a rich cultural heritage! The charming alleyways of this medieval town hide numerous galleries, restaurants, bars and cafés.
