It’s a resort for people who want to be active. Active in the sense of skiing, etc.. the laundry facilities worked for what we needed. Staff was helpful. The lookout Tower gave a beautiful view.

Annie from reception was absolutely incredible, she was so friendly and knowledgable, her warmness really made our stay enjoyable. There was a Philippine gentleman working in the bar opposite reception who was also so friendly and lovely, his knowledge about the auroroa was amazing. Sorry i cant remember his name! Comfortable and enjoyable stay

It was a nice stay. The hotel had all amenities - restaurants, indoor swimming, indoor funpark for kids; helps with the -15degC temperature outside! Comfortable rooms and friendly staffs, food was nice. Definitely would come again with the family.

We stayed in a superior family room for 2 adults and 2 children the room was big and clean all of the amenities you could want were provided. We only stayed a night but would be more than happy to stay longer.
