Its a great village. Kind of all-in-one. Depending on the individuals budget, one can get regular cabin, suite, igloo style cottage, etc. Issue is - regular size cabin (in which we stayed) is little smaller in size, considering it is inside the village. Other hi-end stays within the village like igloo, suite, etc are approx. 3 to 10mins walk (average speed). Souvenirs seems to be expensive and also photos/videos with Santa himself is ridiculously expensive. But for one time, its ok. Not going again for sure. Food - limited to no vegetarian options to eat. Pizzas are always there, but one cannot eat pizza everyday. Seasons - we went in summer i.e. 1st week of June 2026, when its low tourists seasons but when Santa is available 365 days then why some restaurants and other places cannot be open 365 days. Popular restaurants and some other places like Mrs. Claus area was closed. Winter season is peak season but 2 to 3 hrs wait to meet Santa and to enter other places like restaurants was not acceptable to us hence we went in summer. Recommendations - if Santa himself can stay 365 days then the entire village should be open 365 days.

The decor in the lobby was original and stylish. The breakfast was fantastic as were our dinners. Our suite was very comfortable and luxurious with a lot of cupboard space. The staff was professional. Parking was accessible at no extra cost. I would highly recommend this hotel.
