Large, clean and well furnished room. Restaurant pizza might have been from frozen package. Outside needs better roads and black top parking lots. Too much junk visible outside and at the waterfront.

Aivan mieletön palvelu

Siis aivan mieletön palvelu. Olo suhteitten takia oltiin liian aikasin hotellilla. Kun kysyin onko miten kää mahdollista päästä huoneeseen aikasempaa. Nii hotelli kontoristi järjesti sen. Ja päästiin nukkumaan 14 tunnin ajomatkan jälkeen. Tosi hienosti ja kiltisti tehty teiltä. 10 Tähteä siitä syystä. Aamianen oli tosi hyvää. Mutta ehkä hieman verran alkeellinen. Siis aika perus aamianen. Olis kaivannu esim kraavi lohta pöytään ja vielä kun on pohjosessa lohi vesien ympäröivänä. Muuten oli ihan ok ja rauhallinen aamianen. Huone oli puhdas ja tilava. Hyvä oli nukkua. Kiitos

This historic old building away from light pollution not far from Santa’s Village or City Center is one of a kind. A series of unfortunate events resulted in 36 hours of travel from Florida to Amsterdam and lost luggage. Desperately in need of sleep and smooth sailing for the Finland portion of our trip. I have so many wonderful things to say about the whole experience but there was some miscommunication that our already extremely tight budget really put us in a tough spot. First off I don’t want this to come off as we did not enjoy our stay or that it was anyone’s fault really booked for 17.03.2025 -20.03.2025 and another hotel in Levi 20.03.2025-22.03.2025 in June for my boyfriend’s first international trip for his 30th! We checked out Tuesday morning and enjoyed half a day in Rovaniemi then drove 2.5 hours to what we thought was our next hotel in Levi arriving at 1930 thinking we had reservations Wednesday night but I was wrong. I know customer service is different in the EU but wow why the heck wouldn’t you want to inform or inquire why a guest was checking out early. I’m not rich I cannot just pay for 3 nights use two then buy another night elsewhere. I emailed the hotel immediately and I was told people check out early all the time and it is not their business to ask why. This situation resulted in 229£ of a night reserved lost here 180£ for the sauna cold plunge that was an extra fee not disclosed and 166£ for a crappy hotel in Levi for a total of 575£ screw up.

Adoramos o hotel, excelentes instalações e serviços oferecidos,, quartos confortáveis , boa roupa de cama, café da manhã e jantar excelentes. A equipe é muito profissional e nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos, desde informações até o transporte para outros lugares que fomos visitar. A noite de 04/03/2025 ficará guardada em nossos corações, a Aurora Boreal estava magnífica, sendo que conseguimos visualizar na área do hotel, ao lado do lago, onde há uma cabana com está finalidade..
