Everything about this hotel was amazing the clean rooms, the friendly service from all the staff and atmosphere of the hotel was amazing and also the breakfast was very nice. I would happily recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

This is a family hotel. So expect kids running around, I did not realize this. One my first night, kids was running in the corridor, banging on the walls etc (this was around 8pm!) So I repacked and a staff kindly reallocated me to another side of the building, (Thank you Melissa for doing this.) The hotel never apologized for the inconvenience during the rest of my stay. Not even during checkout. (Which I found surprising given how highly they were rated.) The walls are thin. You can hear TVs from the next room. My neighbor had theirs on till 2am (two nights in a row). I also had another family above me, so kids was running and jumping (but thankfully, they were in bed by 9pm). Tip: To avoid the kids and have a quiet breakfast, you can take it in the bar/lobby area (I learned this from another guest). Otherwise, the restaurants, food and staff was great overall.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel location is so convenient - I was able to get here from the airport easily and there are shops and food options nearby. The hotel staff were so polite and helpful. The room I stayed in was lovely, clean, no issues whatsoever. The hotel facilities are great, I particularly loved the sauna which is completely private and easy to book. If I returned to Rovaniemi I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Breakfast had great choice for everyone. The room was very big and very clean. We upgraded to a loft room and it was worth the extra 20 euro a night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rovaniemi was ok as a town but a good base for other things.

We recently stayed at Arctic Light Hotel for our first trip to Finland and Rovaniemi, and it was such a beautiful experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. Wi-Fi worked great, and check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, they even provided us with a wall outlet converter we didn’t have and let us know we’d been upgraded, which was such a thoughtful touch. The entire stay felt peaceful and quiet, which made it the perfect setting for a summer holiday. Every interaction with the hotel staff was warm and welcoming, and we were always greeted with kindness. After long days exploring the city and everything Rovaniemi has to offer, it was so nice to come back to a place that felt calm, cozy, and cared for. Truly grateful for the hospitality. Would absolutely stay here again.
