Service was not good, and rooms fixtures were broken, and I was given the wrong room initially, and the staff was not professional in the night shift, he had headphones on for personal use and shirt wasn’t even tucked, he did not look professional at all. Furthermore found hair on the toilet seat meaning the room was not cleaned properly. Room was okay but would not recommend for price.

La chambre Ă©tait correcte et les lits confortables. Il n’y avait pas de mouchoirs et pas de rouleau de papier hygiĂ©nique de surplus. Le site indique que les chambres incluent des peignoirs, mais il n’y en avait pas. Nous Ă©tions trois adultes et sommes restĂ©s deux jours. MalgrĂ© le fait que nous avons demandĂ© Ă  ce que la chambre soit faite aucun remplissage n’a Ă©tĂ© fait, il n’y avait toujours que deux verres et deux tasses plutĂŽt que trois. La chambre avait une machine Nespresso, mais une capsule de cafĂ© de chaque variĂ©tĂ©. Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait inclus, mais pas trĂšs variĂ©. Bagel et pain Ă  griller soit mĂȘme, quelques yogourts, choix de cĂ©rĂ©ales. Des Ɠufs brouillĂ©s Ă  rĂ©chauffer au micro ondes. La salle de bain aurait besoin de rĂ©novation et les tuile de cĂ©ramique d’un bon frottage. Point positif les employĂ©s qui sont peu nombreux sont trĂšs aimables.

Property was clean but in a tough place for access and parking was difficult. Air con was old and didn’t cool the room down all that well. The hotel is old and clearly was renovated but still felt old. Free breakfast was less than continental and really not good. Staff were friendly. Bed was ok but not great. Overall for the money I payed was very disappointing .
