The village of Rousset les vignes: A maze of typical narrow streets, a clear view of the Rhone valley, in the middle of vineyards and olive groves. Only 10 minutes from Nyons, the olive capital of the Drôme Provençale. Very nice Provencal market on Thursday and Sunday. Only 5 minutes from Valréas, a village with all amenities.

Village house restored in 2008, landscaped garden, swimming pool.
On the ground floor, the kitchen opens onto the terrace. TV lounge with fireplace and a mezzanine library, dining room with a large table and 6 chairs.
On the ground floor: A bedroom and a bathroom (bathtub, washbasin and WC). A separate toilet.
On the first floor: 3 bedrooms, a shower room with Roman shower, WC.
A laundry room in the basement with washing machine and ironing board.
Beds: 3x140cm + 2x80cm
Household equipment : fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, coffee machine, washing machine
Multimedia equipment : TV - internet connection with 4G key
