Casa Aura is a spacious alpine home of over 150 m² on several levels, designed for families and groups of friends looking for space, comfort and peace in the mountains.
The living area is the heart of the home: a generous space with a large sofa in front of the fireplace, Smart TV, workstation for remote work, fully equipped kitchen with counter, oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything needed for an independent stay. The large dining area comfortably seats 8 people, with room for larger groups as well.
On the same level, a few steps down, there is a large double bedroom and a spacious main bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, washing machine and dryer.
On the lower floor there is a second double bedroom with a small bathroom, ideal for giving guests more privacy.
The mezzanine has two double beds, a TV area and a second workstation: a useful space for relaxing, working or organizing the stay better for families and groups.
The private panoramic terrace is equipped with a parasol and is ideal for eating outside or enjoying the view over the valley during the warmer season. There is also a small balcony overlooking a private courtyard, perfect for relaxing in the quiet of the hamlet.
Casa Aura is suitable for mountain stays all year round. In summer and the shoulder seasons it is ideal for enjoying the outdoor areas: the equipped terrace lets you eat outside, relax and enjoy the fresh air of the hamlet. The area is a good base for hiking, MTB, alpine villages, the Fenestrelle Fort, Pracatinat, the Selleries refuge, the Assietta route and other outdoor activities.
In winter, the fireplace and generous spaces make the home especially pleasant after a day on the snow. Access to the Vialattea ski area is about 15-20 minutes away, while staying in a quieter hamlet than the busier ski resorts.
Before arrival you will receive the link to the dedicated Casa Aura website, with home amenities, directions, practical instructions, recommended hikes and places to visit nearby.
The village centre is just a few minutes away on foot, with a bar, grocery shop, tobacconist and newsstand. To explore the valley, slopes, refuges and nearby places freely, having a car is recommended.
