An authentic restored Périgord property overlooking the valley.

The property consists of a large main house that sleeps 10 people and two independent gîtes, each of which sleeps 4 people, for a maximum capacity of 18 people. It is possible to rent only the main house for 10 people, or the main house with just one of the two gîtes. The price indicated is for the entire property (capacity of 18 people).

This family property with a heated salt pool is situated in a small hamlet close to Rouffignac, about 3 km from all amenities.

The main house has a fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the dining room. From here, you have access to a veranda leading on one side to a balcony with magnificent views over the valley and, on the other, to the garden, swimming pool and shaded outdoor dining area.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a second large dining room featuring its own bar. (On the ground floor, the bedroom, the dining room and the veranda are equipped with air-conditioning.)

From here, a staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a lounge area and a double bedroom in the pigeonnier. A long corridor leads to 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Both holiday cottages are laid out in a similar way, with a kitchen area, a living room and a shower room with a toilet. One has two double bedrooms and the other has one double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.

You can also make the most of the outside spaces and stunning views over the valley and rolling hills:

You will find many castles, caves and picturesque villages to explore. These include the nearby Rouffignac cave, and sites such as La Roque saint Christophe and la Madeleine, as well as the sweet little village of Saint Léon sur Vézère.
Enjoy the many outdoor activities available in the region, such as hiking, canoeing- kayaking on the Vézère river and much more.
Discover the culinary delights of the Dordogne, with local produce from the Rouffignac market on Sunday mornings or from Plazac on Friday afternoons for example.

Please note that for bookings in March and April, the low season, the swimming pool is not open, however the house heating is included. Please contact us about the pool for bookings in early May.
