Extremely hot with opening ground floor windows as only option for relief. People walking by looked in. Only way to get relief at night was same……nit a very safe way to sleep. We left early and would definitely never use again. We knew there was no ac but had no idea there would be no air flow or a safety issue when using windows. We left a day early and was able to get into our Paris room (with ac) a day early.

The location is great, close to everything. -I suggest to have extra bed sheets not just on the bed towels in a shelf not jut in the bathroom -I suggest detailed written intructions reg channels on TV or to have one English channel there, - map of the place, Suggetsions of places to see, eat and even to mention there’s lights when entering the courtyard -Basically a detailed info of clients need to know about their stay written in Engliish. But I commend the ownets who are really nice and quick to response to emails.

Très agréable petit appartement idéalement situé en plein cœur de Rouen. Tout est accessible à pied très facilement. Décoré avec goût et très propre ! Seuls petits bémols : le canapé lit est moyennement confortable et l'insonorisation moyenne (nous entendions beaucoup les voisins).
