Great budget option near the airport.

A very convenient smart budget hotel. Head and shoulders better than the bigger chains with modern facilities and a very good breakfast. We arrived late into Nantes airport as part of a longer trip and needed a quick overnight spot and this was perfect.

The positives: the hotel is clean. Housekeeping staff are friendly and work hard to keep the place nice. The location is good for shopping in Atlantic mall. The room was quiet. The negatives: the reception staff are ok but despite being Expedia VIP gold status I could not secure an early check in or late check out as they said they were full. They were certainly not full when I arrived. Check in time is not until 3! I got reminded the night before check out by reception that the hotel was full the next day and at 10am on day of check out there was a knock on the door telling me they need to clean the room and asked if I could leave. Check out time is 12 so I said no and left at 11h30. The hotel is near nothing much other than one large shopping mall. The room is small and the shower had no power. Intermittent hot water. The room lights did not all work and I had to ask reception to check. The bed was so uncomfortable. The breakfast was boring and the same every day. For 12.50 euro it’s better to go eat out. There was no sense of welcome or vibe at this hotel it was like a morgue. There is some take over happening on 1/10 to another brand/management.

Plusieurs sĂ©jours dans cette Ă©tablissement qui a un souci sur la gestion du Check in. En effet, lors d’un prĂ©cĂ©dent sĂ©jour (il y a quelques semaines), je suis rentrĂ© dans une chambre avec un occupant Ă  l’intĂ©rieur. MĂȘme mĂ©saventure pour une collĂšgue il y a plusieurs semaines et scĂ©nario identique avec un autre client lors de mon dernier sĂ©jour. Cela semble donc ĂȘtre frĂ©quent (je l’ai constatĂ© 3 fois) et ne semble pas perturber l’accueil (comment pouvez-vous attribuer 2 fois la mĂȘme chambre?). Pas rassurant de savoir qu’un inconnu peut rentrer Ă  tout moment dans votre chambre! Par ailleurs, le pommeau de douche des salles de bain n’est pas digne d’un Ă©tablissement comme le votre, j’ai l’impression d’ĂȘtre dans un mobilhome et encore (taille rĂ©duite, peu de dĂ©bit d’eau et eau froide lors de mon dernier sĂ©jour). Enfin, au petit dĂ©jeuner cuisson des viennoiseries alĂ©atoire (parfois ultra cuite). J’espĂšre que la Direction prendra connaissance de ce message constructif et mettra en Ɠuvre un plan d’action pour rĂ©soudre le problĂšme de double attribution des chambres, le changement des pommeaux et remontera le souci concernant le petit dĂ©jeuner car au delĂ  de ça, il s’agit d’un bon Ă©tablissement (literie de qualitĂ©, chambre spacieuse et confortable, espace bar).
