Rooms are very old, the wallpaper is peeling off the walls. Sauna wasn’t working, only the steam sauna.

Celiac friendly - posh but dated

Lovely place with gluten free bread at breakfast. Staff were really nice and helpful. The only reason I don’t give a higher rating is the place felt a little tired, very sort of 60s/70s decor which is kinda cool if you like that sort of thing. I think the pictures slightly misrepresented the place, there is a picture of a library that’s about a 10 min cycle away. Aircon is almost non existent, (think it’s like shared through vents between rooms) also the sauna wasn’t working. Also they charge like 7 euros per item to wash. I guess I just felt the place didn’t justify the air of high class they were going for. If it wasn’t expensive and presented as posh it would be 5 stars as everything else was great.

Room and bathroom were lovely and clean, but mattress could use an upgrade (even though I slept pretty good!). All amenities were present, including a small fridge, tea and coffee, however, the hair dryer could use some help (upgrade?). Overall, for one night, it was a great stay, and the young lady who checked me in, was very nice and accommodating.

Beautiful staff and settings as always. The pub on the weekend is superb with a great array of games to play. The bar and restaurant is incredible. Location is super simple for public transport love the hotel!

Good stay, staff are superb

Great place to stay. The bar area is really cosy and the food is fabulous as is the service. The only gripe is USB ports in rooms, that would have helped and the bed dipped in the middle. Still comfortable though

Brilliant hotel and staff.

Outstanding as always. Hotel is beautiful and great for the area. Service is amazing. Perfect for longer business stays. The food is amazing and the pub downstairs on Thursday - Sunday is awesome with great games.

Tired and need of refurbishment

Rooms are dated and air conditioning is not very effective. Some of the fixtures such as wardrobes are in a bad state of repair.
