Housekeeping was pretty poor, Stayed 4 nights for work, No clean towels, No fresh Linen, No rubbish removal and tea/coffee etc was not topped up, pretty poor considering it was advertised 'Housekeeping' on the website. Had to go to Kmart to purchase towels to use and dispose of rubbish at the worksite we were working on, After Working in Wellington where you get home from work and you have fresh linen, Towels etc it was a huge let down, I guess it is a Rotorua thing.

Swift check-in process and friendly staff. The room itself was spacious and clean and the beds were comfy! The hot tub was a nice feature and extremely welcome with the evenings getting a bit cooler! Parking space right in front of the room was super convenient. The lights in the room were quite harsh on the eye, especially the wall fitted ones which actually seemed more like outdoor lights. But overall a decent motel and a better standard than most!

Disappointed

We were really disappointed with the room we had. It was an upstairs family apartment with a spa bath, which was one of the reasons we booked it. We could not use the spa bath because it was extremely dirty and unhygienic, with dirty marks, and the water jets needed a good clean, as well as the taps which had dirty rings on their bases. Other than this, the apartment was spacious and the location was excellent.
