It was our last minutes booking for somewhere to stay in Rotorua, so we were not expecting much. The accommodation is okay, reasonably clean, bed comfy, shower is too hot or too cold. No in-between, hopefully they fits it. Host experience is below, below average, we booked via bookabach, very poor communication from the host, we have receive no check in instructions even when we arrive, waited outside for 1.5 hrs, during the time we have 2 hungry, tired children in the car - while i was talking to customer service, who multiple attempts to contact hoat for check in details - 40mins on the phone, they stays on the line with me the whole way through. We were sort of lucky that the people in the house behind in was hosted by the same people, and they give us the code for the lock box, seeing we were stressed with 2 cry children in the car.
