Pet Policy

We happily welcome one dog (25 lbs or under) with prior approval. To request approval, simply send us a message with your dog's breed and weight before booking.

House Rules for Pets:

- Dogs must remain off all beds and furniture
- No dogs allowed in the pool
- Dogs must be kenneled when left alone in the home
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside, per HOA requirements

Pet Fee:
A fee of $35 per night applies, with a maximum charge of $350. Payment will be requested via a separate checkout prior to your stay.

Please note: Any unapproved pet brought to the property will result in the maximum fee of $350 being charged.


Access

A code will be given for the front door. To control the garage you will need to download an app on your phone for the duration of your stay. 


Other Things To Note

The Rotonda is a deed-restricted community. Parking on the street is not allowed. Boats, trailers, and RVs are also NOT allowed on the street or driveway. The HOA imposes fees for any violations. There will be a minimum of $250 fine for any guests in violation. A complete list of HOA rules will be provided. Any HOA fees for violations will be passed along to guest.
