Large open concept living area features 14 foot ceilings, dining room that seats 8, 75” TV, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar which seats four and a game room with a 8 foot pool table.
The East Wing has a spacious private master suite with a king size bed and sleeper sofa, large jacuzzi tub and private entrance to lanai pool/spa area.
The other three bedrooms located in West wing include our King suite featuring full bath en-suite, Seagrass queen size bed room and double queen bed en-suite with private entrance to lanai pool/spa area.

Heads Up-Cleanliness Very Lacking!!!

The front entry to the property including the soffit & fascia needs to be power washed. There are a lot of cobwebs. The outdoor area by the pool had definitely not been cleaned. There was melted candy, etc on the pool deck. We refused to sit on the outdoor couch because of the condition of the cushions. The master bathroom shower had long dark hairs in it. BUT the most disgusting thing was the dirty dishes and cooking utensils in the cabinets and drawers. The secondary bedrooms and bathrooms appeared to be clean. The layout of the house is great for adult couples so it was sad to see that it wasn't properly cleaned.

Beautiful House

Beautiful, spacious house - all on one level! We had most everything we needed in the house. Owners were prompt to help us out with a small pool issue, and answered questions quickly. Takes a bit to get out of the neighborhood. We saw a gator, some turtles, and fish in the canal behind the house. Nearby beaches and restaraunts were great!

Spacious Home

Beautiful spacious open concept for family or friends. Pool table was a huge asset to spend time together. But the home is needing to have some detailed upkeep. Pool/spa bottom was dirty as well as lanai area cement with weeds growing through the cracks. Front door entrance area also needing some attention. Pool does not have a cover to preserve heat at night.

Guys Trip

We had a great time staying at this property, the layout was great for hanging out at the house, some of us were playing pool, others hanging by the pool and the rest hanging out watching sports on the large tv in the living room. Property owner and manager were both very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this property highly. Thanks again!

Review of Stay

We really enjoyed the property and the entire family had fun. The only negative we found was the pool hours. The hot tub was controlled by the owner for 10am to 10pm. If you wanted to use the pool spa after 10pm it was cold and we were not able to use it.
