Welcome to our Florida Home! The Bearfoot Bunker is a spotless, beautifully decorated pool home with 3-4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in a quiet neighborhood in the desirable area of Rotonda West. You can reach an abundance of restaurants, various shopping options, local attractions, and 5 public golf courses, all within a few minutes' drive. Need a Beach Day? Englewood , Boca Grande , Venice, and Siesta Key Beaches are 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes away!
Upon entering the front door, this home welcomes you to an open concept floor plan. The living room features a full size sleeper couch, love seat, a comfortable beachy recliner, and a flat-screen TV. You will find the dining area with seating for six providing plenty of space for entertaining your friends and loved ones. A breakfast bar with additional seating is available as well, perfect for a quick snack or brunch.
The fully furnished kitchen offers an abundance of cookware, utensils, ample storage, and plenty of counter space. Other than the new modern appliances, the kitchen is equipped with: toaster, Keurig, blender, and traditional coffee maker.
The Bearfoot Bunker offers a split floor plan, with the master suite located on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms located on the opposite side, assuring privacy. The spacious master bedroom features a King-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a double sink and completely tiled walk-in shower, soak tub and a large walk-in closet. Both guest bedrooms have a Queen-sized bed and share the guest bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination. The home also has a front facing den furnished with a trundle bed, great for the little ones. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs.
Of course, there is also WiFi Internet throughout the home.
Both the living and dining rooms feature multiple panel sliding doors which open to the lanai. The southern exposure of the pool provides sun all day long. Relax in the hot tub overlooking the pretty fresh water pond. You may even see an alligator or turtles floating around. Enjoy the sun loungers, pool toys, outdoor table and seating, morning, noon and night.
Also available for you to enjoy, new gas grill, 2 new bicycles, cribbage, checkers, other board games, and wireless speaker.

Lovely home

This house was super clean and nice. The location is close to everything. The pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable. This house had everything needed for a perfect stay. Everything is updated and new. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
