The apartment is almost new since we have only used it to spend a few weeks in the summer months.
You know, parquet floor, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds.
If you come with a baby, let us know and we will prepare a small travel cot for you to be as comfortable as possible.
The living room has a great sofa bed for 2 people.
Full bathroom, with sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub.
Full kitchen with all appliances and utensils to make you feel at home.
Flirty terrace with unbeatable central view of the pool.

Great apartment within walking distance of everything

My recent stay in Rafa's apartment was perfect. It is in a great location and is within walking distance from shops, markets, etc. It was clean, had fast, reliable wifi, and checking in/out was easy. Thank you, Rafa, for the great stay! We had a great time!

When we arrived was Rafa at the appartement and show us the appartement, it looks great. He walked with us so we can see how everything works. In the fridge stoot wat beer and cola, in the bedroom wa what candy’s it was a clean and light .beds are great, everything we need was there. And make us have a great vacation Thanks Rafa

El apartamento estupendo.tiene de todo incluso un paquete de rollos de cocina, botellas de aceite, todo tipo de detergentes y para el lavavajillas, aparatos pata los mosquitos, una terraza con buena orientación, una piscina estupenda sin aglomeraciones, a 10 minutos andando al centro y otros a una estupenda playa. En resumen Tofo perfecto.

Die Wohnung ist mit allen erdenklichen Dingen ausgestattet, die für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt werden.Sie hat einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den Swimmingpool. Sie ist sauber und gepflegt und hat eine gute Lage in Rota.Rota ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Südens Andalusiens, z.B. der Städte Cadiz,Jerez , Sevilla und Umgebung.Der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfbereit.
