Welcome to WarnemĂŒnde!
Our exclusive and modern apartment is located in the heart of WarnemĂŒnde. The apartment has a TV, a cozy sleeping facility (incl. Bed linen) for 2 people (on request, children's travel cot can be provided at an additional cost of 10.00 EUR / night), kitchen incl. Dishwasher, stove, toaster and microwave, shower room (towels included) and a modern, tastefully furnished living area.
Restaurants, cafes, bars, casino, 5D cinema, museum, promenade as well as golf course, doctors, pharmacies and hairdressers are in the immediate vicinity.
The dreamlike sandy beach, the old river and the historical city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Some say it is one of the most interesting places on the Baltic Sea coast and others think it is the most beautiful seaside resort with special traditions that dates back to the 12th Century.
A parking space is available for our holiday guests!

Also in the autumn and winter months, extensive beach and coastal walks and pier visits in stormy seas are just great! Sauna, swimming pool and spa can be found in the immediate vicinity. A visit to the casino or disco is also possible in WarnemĂŒnde. There are good opportunities to spend your leisure time in a rustic, convivial, sporty or cozy way. ...fĂŒr die Sauberkeit der Wohnung bei Übernahme besteht noch Luft nach oben..., der Parkplatz ist sehr eng, gut, dass wir schlank sind, dafĂŒr steht das Auto gut im Schatten einer Linde und war nach den 7 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes gut mit LindenblĂŒtensaft "eingeklebt"..., Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr alle Erkundungen..., ein Schrank wĂ€re vorteilhaft um nicht nur aus dem Koffer leben zu mĂŒssen..., das Standregal im WC/Dusche entfernen und dafĂŒr wandhĂ€ngende anbringen, dadurch könnte man auch normal auf dem WC sitzen, die 47 Treppenstufen bis in das DG ersetzen den FrĂŒh- und Abendsport, fĂŒr uns und bei den paar Tagen des Aufenthaltes war die Unterkunft akzeptabel, da wir nicht ĂŒbermĂ€ĂŸig anspruchsvoll sind, das Wetter passte, das Umfeld war top, auch besonders wegen der Hanse Sail und somit war alles gut...Vielen Dank, A&U

Auf dem WCSitz bekommt man einen HolzstĂ€nder in die HĂŒfte gerammt. Das Kojenbett erfordert sportliche Fitness. Und sĂ€mtliche Lampen sind Funzeln, nur die ĂŒber dem Kopfende des Bettes ist taghell, leider mĂŒsste man lĂ€ngere Arme haben haben um sie an- und auszumachen. WĂŒrde dort nicht wieder buchen.

Schöne Dachgeschoss Fe-Wo

Niedliche 1-Raum Wohnung mit offenen Schlafbereich.Sauber und zentral. Strand mit 10 Gehminuten entfernt.Dritter Stock, mit schmalen Treppen. Innenausstattung war gut, aber leider kein SpĂŒllappen in der KĂŒche oder Trockenhandtuch fĂŒr das Geschirr.Check in hat leider nicht so gut funktioniert. Kurtaxe wĂŒrde bezahlt, ohne Kurkarten zu erhalten.

Leider waren wir von der Wohnung sehr enttÀuscht. Unten im Hausflur standen noch der Schneeschieber, Streusand und ein paar schmutzige Schuhe. Ein Kleiderschrank, wo man hÀtte Sachen aufhÀngen können, fehlte auch. Auf die Toilette konnte man sich nur schrÀg setzen, da ein Regal im Weg stand.

schöne Tage mit kleinen Abstrichen

TatsĂ€chlich zögerte sich das Einchecken, trotz wiederholter Nachfrage von mir, bis nach 16 Uhr hinaus ("der Hygiene wegen"), welche vor Ort dann teilweise zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig ließ, die Beschreibung "modern" finde ich auch nicht ganz angemessen. Alles in allem habe ich mich aber mit meinem Enkel in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und in WarnemĂŒnde sowieso immer;-)

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

FĂŒr einen kurze Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Leider kein richtiger Tisch zum Essen da. Und der Couchtisch hat in der Mitte Löcher so das er nicht komplett genutzt werden kann. Zum Strand lĂ€uft man 3min. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Alles war in Ordnung, aber wenige Punkte nicht so. Bedauerlich, dass es in der heutigen Zeit kein WLAN gibt. Der Duschkopf fiel immer nach unten, konnte nicht fixiert werden. Zum Abwaschen gab es nur 1 SpĂŒltab fĂŒr den GeschirrspĂŒler. Toilette war sehr beengt zu sitzen.

Nervige Suche, dann aber schön

Das Objekt wird mit der Adresse Kurhausstr. 12 angegeben, die Nr. 12 gibt es aber nicht in der Kurhausstr. Die Nummer 12 befindet sich in der MĂŒhlenstr. , so konnten wir bei der Ankunft und der Suche schon mal mit Rollkoffern im Schlepp die nĂ€here Umgebung kennenlernen.:-) Hier fehlt dringend ein Hinweis! Quartier i.O., aber sehr warm. Bei geöffneten Fenstern ein HöllenlĂ€rm der Möven auf dem Dach, aber sonst war alles schön!!!
