Apartment IV - MAISON ART Appartements - Object 94080

This apartment is a 25 square meter single room apartment for 1 to 2 people upstairs and has the following amenities: double bed, pantry - kitchen with fridge and stove, bathroom with shower / WC, cable TV, DVD player, CD system with radio, Wi-Fi, mini-library, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, towels, bathrobe, bed linen, hair dryer and other utensils. You will be provided with an ironing board, iron and a vacuum cleaner.  This apartment is a Non smoking apartment with separate entrance and has access to the idyllic rock garden. Unfortunately, we can not allow pets. 

MAISON ARTThe apartment house MAISON ART is a former captain's house and is located in one of the most beautiful streets in the middle of Warnemünde. The four lovingly and individually furnished apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, parquet floors, pantry kitchens and shower baths. They have a separate entrance and have access to the idyllic rock garden behind the house. All apartments are Non smoking apartments. Unfortunately, we can not allow pets. A fenced parking lot is available for a fee of 7.50 €. be made available per day and is payable in cash on the spot. The parking lot is located at the entrance of Warnemünde and is about 900 meters from the apartment house. Please contact us after booking by phone or email if you would like to book a parking space. The number is limited, so we have to check availability.

The price includes the rental price per night & apartment including utilities. 
The final cleaning is additional. At Easter and between Christmas and New Year's Eve, the prices of the main season apply. Your booking will be binding with the deposit of 20% of the total price within 14 days of the booking and must be transferred to the said account.
